Chocolate Lovers Festival
Milk chocolate, dark chocolate and even chocolate drinks await at this ever-popular annual event. From chocolate dipped cheesecake to chocolate soda, celebrate America’s favorite confection with an array of mouth-watering cakes, delicious pies, decadent fudge and more. This deliciously fun event will be held Saturday, February 16th from 1pm to 4pm in the Clifton Ballroom. Admission is $25 per person.
 
Rick Springfield Concert
Burning up? Fever on the rise? We’d better call the doctor. Dr. Noah Drake, that is. The one and only Rick Springfield, singer, songwriter, musician, composer, actor and a household name on two continents, performs for one night only at French Lick Resort. With success in a band, as a solo artist and an actor, Springfield is best known for Jessie’s Girl, I’ve Done Everything for You and Don’t Talk to Strangers. Showtime is 8pm on Friday, February 15. French Lick Kitchen Live
New this year, it’s French Lick Kitchen Live! Did you ever wonder how Pluto’s pizza is made? How about Hagen’s Club House Restaurant ribs? See real-life resort chefs in action, making their favorite dishes and putting on a cooking show before your very eyes in the Grand Colonnade from 1pm to 3pm. Held every Saturday, January 19 through February 16, the event is free to the public.

Celebrate your special someone at French Lick Springs Hotel’s signature restaurant, 1875: The Steakhouse. duck confit ravioli ($16), osso bucco ($38) or Chilean sea bass ($58). Save room for the chocolate decadence cake drizzled with mocha rum ($10). Or, if you prefer, savor an entire meal built for two with an inclusive price.

32 oz. Long Bone Wagyu Ribeye steak served with an 1875 baked potato and creamed spinach.

Both Valentine’s special dinners include 1875’s special dessert for two. All Valentine’s menus are available Thursday, February 14th through Sunday, February 17th from 5pm to 10pm.
 
Enjoy a romantic dinner for two at West Baden Springs Hotel’s signature restaurant, Sinclair’s. Savor a three-course meal that starts with scallop bisque and ends with a choice of white chocolate raspberry crème brulee or red velvet cheesecake. Entrées include sea bass, Cornish game hen or filet mignon. At $75 per person, this special menu will be available from 5pm to 10pm on Valentine’s Day as well as the weekends before and after.
 
If you prefer a more relaxed environment for romance, try Hagen’s Club House Restaurant and a bacon wrapped filet topped with boursin cream sauce, lobster tail, double stuffed baked potato, asparagus and dessert for $35 per couple. Served Thursday, February 14th through Saturday, February 16th.
