Jeffersonville Fire Department Receives $2,300 Fire Prevention Grant | News

The City of Jeffersonville's Redevelopment Department announces that The Fire Department has received a fire prevention grant in amount of $2,300.00 from FM Global, one of the world’s largest commercial property insurers.

FM Global representative Melanie Brickley presented the award to Mayor Mike Moore and Deputy Chief Bruce DeArk at the Mayor's Office located at 500 Quartermaster Court in Jeffersonville.   "Our City is grateful to FM Global for awarding this grant to our Fire Department," said Mayor Moore.

The award will be used to assist with fire investigations to help fire investigators more efficiently investigate and determine the cause of a fire.
