UPS hiring seasonal workers | News

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – UPS is looking to hire about 1,000 seasonal workers. That is 200 more employees than the 800 employees they hired last year.

"People look at us and they say it's only September and you're already hiring for the holiday season. Black Friday and Cyber Monday is only about 70 days away and Christmas is just a little over 90 days away. So, we need to make sure we have a lot of Santa's helpers to get through the holiday rush," said Jeff Wafford, UPS public relations.
